Refund Policy

Effective August 25, 2026

We want you to feel good about upgrading to Pro. This page explains exactly how refunds work for FreeCELPIPTest Pro passes (3-day, 1-week, 1-month, and 3-month) — no fine print games, no runaround.

7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Not the right fit? You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, as long as you haven't used a meaningful amount of your pass first. This isn't a loophole for free access to Pro content — it's a genuine guarantee for people who tried it and it wasn't for them.

You qualify for a refund if all of these are true

  • Your purchase was made within the last 7 calendar days
  • You've completed fewer than 10 practice exercises (drill questions) on your Pro account
  • You've started no more than 2 mock tests

When refunds aren't granted

  • Requests made after the 7-day window
  • Accounts that have exceeded 10 practice exercises or 2 mock tests
  • Dissatisfaction with your own exam performance or results — we help you practice; we don't control or guarantee your outcome on the official CELPIP test
  • Account abuse, credential sharing, or other activity that violates our Terms of Service

How to request a refund

Reach out through our contact form with the email address on your account and the reason for your request. We review every request personally and aim to respond within 2 business days. If you qualify under the guarantee above, we'll process the refund back to your original payment method — no back-and-forth needed.

How payments and refunds are processed

FreeCELPIPTest, operated by Rising Star Technologies Inc., uses Stripe to process all payments. We never see or store your card details. When we approve a refund, we issue it through Stripe to your original payment method; it typically appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Charges on your card or bank statement may appear under Rising Star Technologies Inc. rather than "FreeCELPIPTest" — that's our operating company, not a sign of an unfamiliar charge. If you don't recognize a charge, please check for this name before disputing it with your bank.

Please talk to us before filing a chargeback

If something's wrong with a charge, contact us first — we're happy to work it out fairly, and most issues are resolved faster this way than through your bank. If you open a payment dispute (chargeback) with your bank or card issuer without contacting us first, your account may be suspended while the dispute is investigated.

If a dispute is opened, Stripe — our payment processor — handles the chargeback process on our behalf and we respond with evidence of your account activity and purchase through Stripe's standard resolution process.

Questions

If anything here is unclear, contact us before you buy — we'd rather answer a question upfront than sort out a refund after the fact.
